House hunting

Is it me or this exercise is one of those that really take long, when you want to buy a house does it take this long to get a house that you really want in the area that you like not forgetting "affordability" can i afford the house of my dreams, can i afford a shelter for my kids, can i afford a shelter over my head or will i rent for life. I am very tired of renting cause at the moment that is the only thing I can afford to do in a posh place if i want to buy then it means i must go to place that i don't even like not because its my choice but because the bank says so.

Am i being a spoilt brat here or what? I am not really looking for something fancy....I am just looking for a shelter for my family....is that too much to ask? But houses that I have been seeing its either the area is not up to scratch or the area is posh but the house itself is sooo small with small bedrooms......will i buy mara??????

BUY BUY BUY.
Buy whatever you can afford now, with the view that in a couple of years you'll be able to buy what YOU want.
The idea is that rather than throw money down the toilet by renting, invest in something, even if it's not that great a house. It will be worth your while in the long run. Trust me, house prices are skyrocketing, you'll make a killing even in a undesireable suburb. DO IT.

It’s stressful to find a place for rental, how much more when looking to buy. With all the things that one must consider when buying I can imagine what you are going through. I guess the fact that you its going to be your own and you are going to do as you please to it and own it perhaps hope to sell it when you can afford a much better one.

So, sweets, it’s a good thing its taking long so you don’t go for anything, by the time you find yours you will be sure ukuthi you are getting the right one.

Paying rent when you can afford a house is a nightmare I know. Good luck, did you try an agency for assistance.
